Shipping & Delivery Information
- Free US domestic standard shipping for all orders above $100 and flat-rate $12 for standard shipping of orders below $150 (excluding over-sized Art Work pieces).
- Flat rate of $55 is applied to all over-sized Art Work pieces for US domestic standard shipping, no free or express shipping policy in this category.
- We use USPS, UPS and FEDEX. APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted
- Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS) to your delivery address
- A telephone number is required for delivery. Leave the correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
- Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Thehomemind
- Shipping charges will be automatically added to your order at checkout. Florida state laws require us to charge Florida residents of the state's sales tax on each order total (products + shipping and processing charges)
- Shipping in 5-7 days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Exceptions: 1) Art Work requires special packaging, so it takes 1-2 weeks for shipping. 2) For Pre-Orders or Made to Order items shipping requires 4-6 weeks, but details please check each listing for the exact shipping estimation.
- US Domestic standard delivery time aprox. 5-7 days. US Domestic Express delivery time aprox. 2-3 days.
- You will be emailed a tracking number when your product is shipped, so please ensure that your email address is correct.

- Please contact us within 30 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

- Please contact our customer service team if you need to process a return for any reason. You can send an email to email@example.com including:
- The return shipping address will be sent to you in an email. Please ship the items back to the address we send to you and include a copy of the original receipt along with the return receipt.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns. The returns will be made at your own cost. We will provide return shipping labels only for defective product or shipping errors.
- We do accept Returns on Made to Order items, Custom Orders and Original Paintings.
- Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original payment method. Credit & debit cards may take 5-7 business days to process. Refunds will be made for the product cost value deducting shipping costs.
- Orders are able to be cancelled and refunded before shipping from the warehouse.
- You can initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged in the original packaging and original condition. Also receipt should be included.
- Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery to notify us of any damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments, and we'll fix the issue or offer a full refund for the product cost value deducting shipping costs.
