Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

- The return shipping address will be sent to you in an email and we will take care of it right away. Please ship the items back to the address we send to you and include a copy of the original receipt along with the return receipt.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns. The returns will be made at your own cost. We will provide return shipping labels only for defective product or shipping errors.
- Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card / debit card or PayPal / Apple Pay. Apple Pay & PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit & debit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.
- Orders are able to be cancelled and refunded before shipping from the warehouse.
- You can initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.
- Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged in the original packaging and roiginal condition. Also receipt should be included.
- Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery to notify us of any damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments, and we'll fix the issue or offer a full refund
