Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Return process:
- Please contact our customer service team if you need to process a return for any reason. You can send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. including:
- order number
- the reason of the return
- picture of the product in case of any damage during the shipping or in case of receiving the wrong product
- The return shipping address will be sent to you in an email. Please ship the items back to the address we send to you and include a copy of the original receipt along with the return receipt.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns. The returns will be made at your own cost. We will provide return shipping labels only for defective product or shipping errors.
- We do accept Returns on Made to Order items, Custom Orders and Original Paintings.
- Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card / debit card or PayPal / Apple Pay. Apple Pay & PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit & debit cards may take 5-7 business days to process. Refunds will be made for the product cost value deducting shipping costs.
Return conditions:
- Orders are able to be cancelled and refunded before shipping from the warehouse.
- You can initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged in the original packaging and roiginal condition. Also receipt should be included.
- Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery to notify us of any damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments, and we'll fix the issue or offer a full refund for the product cost value deducting shipping costs.
